Tremcar Services All Truck Brands

Tremcar, a brand known for its quality and durability, was founded in 1962 by the Tougas brothers. This family-owned manufacturer of tank trailers in the North American market produces everything from stainless farm pick tans trailers to aluminum vacuum trailers among others. It is ranked among the top 5 tank trailer manufacturers in North America and serves about 2,000 customers through its 6 manufacturing facilities around North America. The company also holds the proud title of being the first-ever North American manufacturing company to offer a complete tool box to help its customers make the right choice.

The company has come under scrutiny recently as it was thought they only service Tremcar brands. This is not true. The company welcomes all trademark trucks brands equally providing tank services, maintenance, certification, parts and components.

“When we opened our new service centers in Edmonton people posed the question, do you only service Tremcar Units? The answer is no. Our personnel are trained to work with all types of tanks, especially those circulating in the area. Whether it is petroleum, chemical, dry bulk, crude or milk tanks – a Tremcar or not, we have the expertise to service you,” the company announced.

The company is serving through nine service centers: two in Quebec, two in Saskatchewan, two in Ontario, two in USA and one in Edmonton.

The company also announced the retirement of Greg Chartrand at the end of this year. But he promises to stay in touch with the company as a consultant with a Tremcar distributor in Western Canada for a year before he retires.

“We would like to thank Mr. Chartrand for his dedication and wish him the best in his future endeavors,” the company announced.

His responsibilities in the future will be handled by Darren Williams, the vice-president of Sales at Tremcar. – See more at:
